The National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus

The National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus  isone of the largest theater platforms in Europe and the architectural symbol of the Belarusian capital, which includes the most popular experts of the theatrical scene.

In 2013, the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus celebrated its  80’s anniversary. During its existence, there have been held about 20 thousand performances and more than 200 premiers.

Belarusian State Academic Musical Theater

 Musical Theatre repertoire includes more than 30 performances in different genres. You can find there the playbills  presenting musicals, comic operas, classical operettas, ballets, rock opera, musical comedy, concerts and performances for children.

National Academic Drama Theatre on behalf of Maxim Gorky

The theater has its own special art image, which highlightes the high level of acting performance, originality of the director's interpretations, a deep approach to the development of the repertoire. Gorky Theatre is one of the centers ofthe  theatrical art, an integral part of the cultural life of the country, a national treasure of the country.

YankaKupala National Academic Theatre

This is the oldest theater in Minsk. It was re-opened in March 29, 2013 after its reconstruction. Theater troupe consists of 70 people, one third of which are talented young people. The head of the creative team is Pavel Polyakov, the artistic director of the theater is  Nikolai Pinigin - the winner of the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus. Theatre has toured extensively throughout the country and abroad, taking part in international festivals and competitions and has the great respect and love from Minsk residents and the guests.
